Study Summary:

SVF was administered to rats with blast-induced TBI. One group received treatment 1 hour after injury, and another at 72 hours. Both showed strong recovery.

Results at 14 days:

Immediate group showed 30% improvement in motor coordination and 63% improvement in memory; 90% of brain samples showed stem cell migration to injury site.

Study Summary:

Patients with chronic TBI received SB623 cells (MSC-derived). Compared to placebo, patients had significantly improved motor function with fewer serious adverse events.
